Intention - How bad do you want to change?

Coaching assists clients who are ready for change. That doesn't mean you can never be stuck, but now you are able and willing to move forward. Change is easier when your coach asks you questions about yourself and your dreams, listens and offers feedback so you can better understand your deepest intentions, then walks with you till you get there.

Knowledge - What do you need to let go of or embrace more?

Your Coach will assist you to discover what is working best about your life to build on - whether it's behaviors, projects, relationships and more. She will also help you discover what to eliminate. A coach helps you elicit your own deeper truth and rely on knowledge that fills in the gaps needed to move ahead, not simply learn more for information sake.

Action - Who doesn't like to get things done?

It's not about just getting into action to get things off your list - it's about well reasoned actions that produce desired results. The expression penny-wise, pound foolish applies here.  Your coach will help you find a responsible pace and encourage a plan of action that will work best for you, as it outlines your steps before you embark them.  It will eliminate you making decisions based on urgency to get to the other side, only to have to backpaddle to repair what wasn't well structured.

Change - When would you like to get there?

There are many areas that factor into an effective timeline and having sustainable change.  Laurie will help you look holistically at your situation and others in your life who may be impacted by your change to determine the best time to launch each step.  To have an effective timeline means you can count on the results occurring when you have your goals set to launch, without worry that you could get side swiped.
